Currently we are seeking talent for:

Officer Development Program (ODP)

ODP is a program designed to prepare and develop candidates for strategic positions within
PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure,Tbk in the future

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Industrial, Architecture, Mechanical, Informatics, Telecommunication) and Economic (Management) from reputable university
• Minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00
• Maximum age 26 years
• Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years of working experience in any field
• Having good analytical thinking and leadership
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• High motivation and proactive
• Actively involved in campus / social organization
• Willing to work all over Indonesia

The test will be held in Jakarta/Bandung/Yogyakarta/Surabaya/Palembang*/Medan*
